📐 Subject-Verb Agreement

📐 Singular vs Plural

1️⃣
Singular Subject
Add -s to the verb
He runs. She eats.
👥
Plural Subject
No -s on the verb
They run. We eat.

📖 Grammar Guide

The subject and verb must match in number. Singular subject + verb with -s (He runs). Plural subject + verb without -s (They run). Watch out: "I" and "you" use the plural form even though they are singular (I run, you eat). Tricky: compound subjects with "and" = plural; "or/nor" = match the closest subject.

✏️ Choose the Correct Verb

1. The dog fast. runs / run
2. The cats fast. runs / run
3. She to school daily. walks / walk
4. They pizza every Friday. eats / eat

❌ Find the Mistake
